Dudley was born in Toronto (that's in Canada.) He breezed through the De-Lacey school of Good Conduct, De-Corum, Exemplary Behavior, and Smarmy, where he earned the honorary title of "Fink." He then joined the Mounties as a simple private, and in a span of a mere 10 years, rocketed to the rank of acting corporal. The fact that he starches his underwear and socks could account for Dudley's clear contralto voice.
